Water Access Licence Conditions Register

This on-line search provides basic information on water access licences (WALs) under the Water Management Act 2000 in NSW. Note that full and up-to-date information on WALs including licence holders, encumbrances, share and extraction components, but excluding conditions, is only available on the Access Licence Register run by Department of Lands. For an interim period WAL conditions are only available via this search.

Note that information on licences under the Water Act 1912 is not available via this search.
